About the user community
ASIMUT is used by 95 institutions across 23 countries, including eight of the world's ten highest-ranked performing arts institutions in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026.
ASIMUT continues to evolve in close collaboration with its client community. Through an ongoing dialogue, ASIMUT software and its clients work together to identify changing requirements, improve the software and explore how technological advances can benefit them. Many features now available to the wider user community originated as co-development projects with individual client institutions.
Annual User Group Meetings
At the heart of the ASIMUT client community are the annual ASIMUT User Group Meetings. These two-day events are generously hosted by client institutions and bring together representatives from around the world to share experiences, discuss developments and help shape the future of ASIMUT.
Beyond the software itself, the meetings provide a valuable forum for networking and exchanging ideas among administrative staff from some of the world's leading institutions in music, drama and the arts.
Since the first User Group Meeting at the Royal College of Music in London in 2014, the event has grown into an annual gathering of a vibrant international community, now attracting more than 100 participants.
